How do I order?
To place an order, select which product you would like from the 'shop’ page. Choose your frame style, text tile colour from our colour chart and personalised message then add to the cart. Payment via PayPal will then be taken at checkout.
How do I upload my photos?
Once you have selected your chosen product you can view your cart, on this page you will find an ‘upload your photos’ button. Click on this button and you will be able to upload your images direct to our drop box account.
Do you send proof designs?
Proofs of text tile designs and images will always be sent to the email address you have provided on ordering to ensure you are happy. Please make sure you provide a correct email address. If you are happy with all designs then your images will then go onto the next stage of the process, we can tweek anything that you are not fully happy with at this stage. Once past the proof stage no changes can be made.
How do I make payments?
Payment can be made via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account and wish to order please via my Instagram or Facebook page or fill out the contact section on the website.
Can I use any photo?
You can select any photo of your choice new, old, professional images, however please do bare in mind that all images have to be cropped square to be able to fit onto the tiles, so for example large group photos that are originally landscape can be difficult to use on the square tiles.
The quality of images can only depend on the quality sent to me. Taking images from sites like Facebook or Instagram can effect the quality so especially if using professional photos e.g wedding or from a photoshoot it is always better to send the original image if possible.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time is approx 2 weeks, I aim to have all products out within this time scale however during busy periods such as Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day etc the turnaround time may be increased.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, Cost of postage is flat rate of £3.50.
Due to the personalised nature of our products we do not accept returns. If your product arrives to you in a damaged condition from transit please fill out one of our contact forms on the ‘Contact’ page. A photo of the damaged item will then need to be sent to our email address as proof and a new product will be made up and sent to you free of charge.
Due to the low profit margins on my products and being a small business, return postage on items for refund must be paid by the customer.
